Wedding Packages

If none of the packages below suit your needs please call for a custom quote.

I will not hold any wedding dates without receiving the non refundable retainer fee of $100 + HST (which will be deducted from your package price) required to hold your wedding date. (The balance of your package is due one week before the wedding day.)

Prices are subject to change unless a Wedding agreement is signed.
Prices will then remain in effect for 60 days after your wedding date

Package “A”
$700

Package includes: 5 hours of coverage. It is sufficient for pre-wedding shots, ceremony and post-wedding bride/groom and family photo session. Extra hours of coverage may be added
 
Consultation: to choose locations, and discuss photo time-management for the day of your wedding.
 
You will receive 250 photos (4x6 proofs): in a black “Dia Creations” Deluxe Preview Album.
 
Online gallery of proofs: available for three months of viewing by family and friends. Copies can be ordered by contacting me directly.

Package “B”
$1600

Package includes: 7 hours of coverage. This is suitable for pre-wedding shots, ceremony, post-wedding bride/groom and family photo session, plus early part of the reception.
 
Consultation: to choose locations, and discuss photo time-management for the day of your wedding.
 
You will receive 250 photos: in a custom designed, 60 page (13”x12”) black “Art Leather” wedding album embossed with your name. The photos will range in size from 2”x3” to 8”x10”. The album has a window in the front cover to hold one special photo.
 
Online gallery of proofs: available for three months of viewing by family and friends. Copies can be ordered by contacting me directly.
 
Personal digital proof booklet: to keep as reference for future reordering once the online gallery has finished.

Package “C”
$2300

Package includes: coverage from 2 hours before the ceremony to the cutting of the cake, or first dance.
 
Consultation: to choose locations, and discuss photo time-management for the day of your wedding.
 
You will receive 300 photos: in a custom designed 70 page (13”x12”) black “Art Leather” wedding album embossed with your name. The photos will range in size from 2”x3” to 8”x10”. The album has a window in the cover to hold one special photo.
 
Two parent albums: each one will be designed with 20 (5”x7”) retouched photos of your choice. These 10”x9” black “Art Leather” albums contain 10 pages (20 sides) and are embossed with your name.
(Note: parent albums must be ordered within two months of receiving your large album; if you have not picked out the photos by the specified time, I will place the order from photos I have chosen.)
 
40 personalized multi-image 5x7 thank you cards: will be designed with a selection of your favorite images.
 
Online gallery of proofs: available for three months of viewing by family and friends. Copies can be ordered by contacting me directly.
 
Personal digital proof booklet: to keep as reference for future reordering once the online gallery has finished.

Extra Options for Packages A, B, and C
These may be added onto any wedding package.


· Additional wedding coverage (time) is available for $75 per hour.

· 10 page (20 sides) personalized 10”x9” black “Art Leather” album, including twenty 5”x7” retouched photos, is available for $275.

· Additional pages may be added to the 10”x9” album for $30 per page (includes page with photos on both sides). Maximum size is 24 pages (48 sides).

· 20 page (40 sides) personalized 10”x9” “Art Leather” Album including forty 5”x7” retouched photos available for $400.

· 10 page (20 sides) elegant 13”x12” personalized black “Art Leather” wedding album. Filled with a selection of photos, size 2”x3” to 8”x10”. The album also has a window in the cover to hold one special image. This album holds up to 80 photos…$650

· 20 page (40 sides; holds up to 170 photos) 13”x12” album……….$1100.

· 30 page (60 sides: holds up to 250 photos) 13”x12” album……….$1500.

· Additional pages may be added to the 13”x12” album for $60 per page (includes page with photos on both sides). Maximum size is 35 pages (70 sides).

· Deluxe Preview albums by “Dia Creations” containing 250 - 4x6 photos are available for $350.

· Engagement sittings may be added onto any wedding package for $50. This applies for studio or an outdoor location. You will receive a small proof album containing twenty 4x6 photos. From these you can select your favorite image for a complimentary 8”x10” photo.

 
Extra Information:

· Albums will include a variety of color, black and white, or sepia (antique brown) images unless otherwise specified.

· Travel rates apply at $30 per hour of travel outside Yarmouth or Shelburne County.

· Minor retouching available for $20 per hour. For more extensive work, price will be negotiated.

· Prices are subject to change unless a wedding agreement is signed. Prices will then remain in effect for 60 days after your wedding date.

· Monique D’Eon will be the exclusive photographer for your wedding. Others may be permitted to photograph at photographer’s discretion.

 
A note about digital files:
I do not sell my files (this does not apply to commercial clients). I pride myself in the quality of my work and therefore do not allow my clients to take my files to consumer level photo labs for reproduction. Every image gets prepared to my high standards before being printed by a professional lab. No photos may be reproduced in any way without my permission. For additional copies or enlargements please contact me with your order.
